We do often have puppies available at various ages. all puppies do not go to home at  8 weeks, most go between 12 and 16 weeks. we are very carefully about where each puppy goes and that the timing is right for the wellfare of the puppy and the family. since our puppies are raised in our home they are socialized and begin training before going to homes, this can make things go smoother for the new family since an experienced training has started them out.  Filling out an application is extremely important to help us understand what your expectations and plans are and what puppy you need to fit your family.  

Older puppies

Why, at times, do we have older puppies ?

Now and then we may keep a puppy till he or she is  more mature, so we can decide if we will definately want to show him/her , then sometimes we will let them go to homes needing an older puppy, either as a companion that will be shown or we may decide to sell as "pet only".

Note:
Show prospects are available only to homes where their family would be open to showing and working with us for a litter, but we only want to persue a championship if their dog turns out to be really exceptional and important to the breeding program. 1 out of 3 placed this way is actually shown to championship and bred, most females in our breeding program only have 1 litter, they are not a typical "brood Bitch".

We plan to breed  - Tuelly aka: "TwoSpot" , after she completes her championship, we have completed her health testing and will be showing her to attain her championship this fall.

 Procedure for getting an Alt0 Mare PWD: We take placing the right puppy in the right home very seriously! we do not do a breeding unless we have some homes ready and waiting. we do not opperate a commercial "Kennel", where we can hold over puppies or dogs from every litter, we do not agree with raising PWD's that way. so we maintain a "list of homes waiting". As we raise and evaluate the puppies in each litter, we start matching puppies to families on our list of waiting homes/applicants by evaluating the home, activities, desired characteristics of the family with the puppy's personality, energy level and thenvisual characteristics. We may still have some of the current breeding available. If you are interested you may copy the application (4th page on this site) and email to me. Also,  We have other breedings coming up that we are planning or have co breeders planning.

Young people interested in Junior Showmanship! 

We may have some special Offers for people wanting to to do special things with their dog, like Compete in working events such as Obedience, Agility, tracking, water trials, therapy work, and Junior showmanship.  Please let me know if you are interested in any of these things or have special needs in a companion dog.

Of course All health tests are done, all these parents have had extensive health testing before  breeding, Puppies are raised to be very "people social", Puppies are crate trained and sleep through the night, are up to date on shots and microchipped before going home.

Most of our dogs have all Champions in 4 to 6 generation Pedigrees, sometimes only 1 or 2 are not champions..
